Front of Office Administrator Tallaght
New opportunity for an experienced and people focused administrator to work with a well-known Irish distribution company at their HQ in Tallaght.
The role will be based on front of house reception where your responsibilities will include

  • Managing front of house reception and dealing with all visitors
  • Supporting a senior administrator with tasks such as
  • Updating and adding customer details on the CRM system
  • Preparing documentation
  • Preparing powerpoint presentations
  • Working with excel daily, updating sales figures, calculating commission
  • Running back order reports
  • Supporting the general sales department

Background Experience

  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced environment within an administration capacity
  • Experience working on reception /engaging with clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient user of MS word, excel and powerpoint
  • Experience working with a CRM system.

The Offer

  • The role is based in Tallaght, Dublin 24. Parking in available
  • The salary will be in the range of 28-32K based on relevant experience
  • Hours of work are 8:30-5pm Mon to Thurs and 8:30-4 on Friday
