This is an excellent opportunity for a Procurement Specialist to join our client on an 11-month contract within a salary range of €50,000 - €56,000 per annum.
The client is top global cloud based on-demand software vendor who is consistently ranked in the Top 5 places to work worldwide.
This person will be responsible for facilitating the procurement process by conducting project intake calls, initiating supplier onboarding, routing contracts for signature, monitoring project aging reports and providing general internal customer support. They will serve as the first point of contact to the Global Procurement Office; striving to provide exceptional customer service for every interaction.
? Knowledge of Source to Pay processes and Procurement systems; identifying opportunities for improvement.
? Follows Standard Operating Procedures to ensure quality and consistency.
? Conduct project intake calls, ensuring all necessary information is captured accurately in Scout (procurement system). Intake calls are leveraged as an opportunity to provide training and process transparency.
? Initiate onboarding with new suppliers, review information for completion and create supplier accounts.
? Facilitate routing contracts for signatures. Create supplier and contract records in contract repository.
? Monitor project aging reports, identifying those which are at risk to exceed SLAs, and following up with stakeholders to promote progress.
? Sourcing support services: compile category market research, complete benchmarking, and conduct RFx activities.
? Assess the training needs of internal customers, support in developing/enhancing training materials, and deliver effective training programs.
? Build strong and productive working relationships with stakeholders and business partners.
? Experience in Procurement, Operations or business-related fields.
? Customer service experience. Help desk experience is a plus.
? Knowledge of the Source to Pay processes.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Strong planning, organizational and time management skills
? Ability to multi-task with the agility to change direction quickly and often.
? Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
? Proactive, result oriented, with a can-do attitude in meeting critical deadlines.
