Office Administrator Insurance
Immediate requirement for an office administrator to join a rapidly expanding Insurance company centrally located in new offices Dublin 2 close to St Stephens Green.

This is a young company with an innovative vision and currently have almost 100 employees. Right now they have a great role open for an experienced administrator with an Insurance / Call Centre background to work closely with their After Sales Team.

This is a varied hand on role where you will be involved in all of the following

  • Dealing with queries from Insurance customers
  • Liaising with Brokers and following up on documentation
  • Preparing quotations and managing all documentation
  • Following up on outstanding monthly payments and processing credit cards

Your Background

  • Previous experience working within an insurance or call centre environment
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Strong PC skills with ability to meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated
