Interesting new role for a NOC Engineer to join a global SaaS company & support their network operations. As a NOC Engineer you will be providing support onsite and also dealing with any escalated issues such as break and fix. You will also be monitoring the network for outages.
Key Skills
- CCNA or equivelant
- Solid understanding of layer 2
- Exposure to wireless 802.11G
- Good scripting ability would be very useful
- Experience working within a NOC or Data centre or ISP environment.(desirable)
