Multilingual Ticketing Support - Global Tech Co
Have you a background working on a ticketing support system with the ability to review information and make decisions? Principle is working closely with a rapidly growing tech business that is entering new markets throughout EMEA and APAC and are building out their helpdesk support team.
As a member of the team, you will be reviewing and dealing with requests from law enforcement in relation to policies in certain regions and business stakeholders from all over EMEA and APAC. You will be responsible for escalating queries, ensuring SLA's are met with and logging any higher level incidents. The team is ultimately responsible for ensuring problems & queries are solved and answered so a better community can be built.
What you need
- Previous experience working on a ticketing system - this is not a high volume role
- Fluent English with 1 other language
- Ideally, you will have supported regions in EMEA, APAC or LATAM
- Excellent attention to detail

- Will be offered an 11-month contract (which may be extended)
- Can work from home until later this year with a return to Fab Dublin city centre offices

- Will be offered an annual salary of €40,000
