EMEA Marketing Recruiter (SaaS Co.)


Rapidly expanding global technology company have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join their operation in London. As the HQ of EMEA and APAC regions, London is a fast-paced and highly changeable environment.

The Offer

  • This role will commence as a 12-month contract offering an annual salary of £65,000
  • Right now its work from home with a flex approach to returning to the central London office in 2022.
  • This is an opportunity to work on interesting recruiting projects with a brand that has a great reputation in the market.



Your Role

  • Managing the full-cycle recruitment process
  • Attracting and building a network of active and passive candidates across the business for roles inc Marketing, Sales, Finance, HR, etc
  • Developing new sourcing tools, thinking outside of the box to identify and attract talent
  • Focus on hiring diverse talent and devising new diversity-focused hiring strategies
  • Supporting hiring managers and assist in the development of an effective recruitment strategy
  • Work with HR to onboard new hires



Key Skills and background experience

  • Solid experience working within an in-house or agency role sourcing talent for corporate roles.
  • Sourcing Ninja - well versed in identifying candidates across various social media platforms
  • Ability to recruit candidates at various levels of seniority
  • Ability to think outside of the box and use creative sourcing techniques to identify suitable candidates
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate with and influence others
