Human Resources Generalist - 11-month contract.
Small technology business based in Dublin 2. Headcount- 40
This is an excellent opportunity for a HR Advisor/Generalist with 1-3 years' experience to add to their CV or pivot their HR career into the technology sector.
Although a standalone role you will be working in a highly collaborate, cross functional team.
The HR Generalist will support the following areas:
· Payroll Support
· Recruitment and Onboarding
· Comp and rewards queries
· Project working including ATS implementation.
· General HR queries
Background Experience:
· 1 -3 years Human Resources experience.
· General HR duties
· Recruitment
· Exposure to rewards
· Payroll Oversight
· HRIS and ATS experience.
· Excellent IT skills
This is a full time and available as a hybrid role. 3 days office and 2 days at home
Salary in the range of €40,000 to €45,000 plus flexible benefits.
