HR Generalist Dublin 14

Opportunity for an experienced HR Generalist to join a growing education based organisation in the Dublin 14 area.

This is a stand-alone HR role requiring you to provide support to a headcount of 60 part and full time workers. The environment is busy, fast paced and would ideally suit an individual who enjoys getting stuck in.

The day to day for the HR Generalist will be to manage all aspects of Rostering, Recruitment, Employee Relations and Administration. The role will report directly to the Operations Director

An overvew of your role:

  • Manage the overall recruitment process for new hires
  • Setup, Co Ordinate and assist in interviews
  • Manage rostering / cover
  • Issuing contracts and conducting inductions
  • Managing and maintain employee files
  • Assist in the introduction and roll out of a new HRIS
  • Oversee all admin relating to HR
  • Manage holidays, sick leave, attendance records etc
  • Complete regular performance reviews

Skills Required:

  • Solid demonstrated background working within a HR Role
  • Good sound knowledge of Irish Employment Legislation
  • Prior experience supporting both Employees and Managers
  • 3rd Level Qualification within HR would be desirable

This HR role is a permanent position and offers an annual salary of €35-€40K. Parking is also available.
