HR Administrator Public Sector

Immediate requirement for a HR Administrator to join the growing and busy HR/L&D department of a public sector body in Dublin city centre. Working within a fast-paced environment you will be required to support members of the Learning & Development and Health and Safety team who all operate within the HR dept.

Some of your responsibilities will include

  • Provide administration support to L&D and H&S projects
  • Manage and maintain all relevant databases and systems
  • Arrange appointm3nt and meetings on behalf of L&D and H&S
  • Manage and update employee records
  • Work with the wider HR team

Your Profile

  • 2+ years' experience working within an administration role ideally within a HR department
  • Strong systems experience - knowledge of HR systems such as Core HR or SAP would be highly beneficial
  • Experience maintaining and supporting databases
  • Self-motivated with ability to work to deadlines

This role is a 6-month fixed term contract to begin in Sept, this is a grade IV role with a salary band of €27 -€44K (Entry point onto the salary scale is dependent upon relevant public sector experience)

The office is located within a 2-minute walk of the red line luas, it is also serviced by many bus routes.
