Senior HR Administrator

Salary: € 40000 to € 50000 plus

Hols: 29 days

Type: Permanent, Full time

Hours: office hours; flexitime approach possible

Reporting to: HR Manager

Headcount: 60

Requirement: Public Sector experience in HR

Great opportunity for an experienced Public Sector HR Administrator to work at a very senior level. Reporting to the HR Manager in this permanent role, you will be a key person in the organisation dealing with all sorts of HR matters from grievances to engagement and so on. You will be part of a friendly and professional organisation. This role would ideally suit someone who likes to take ownership of their work, is self-motivated and is well able to work to deadlines.

  • Public Sector HR experience
  • 2 years in HR or more
  • CIPD qualified
  • A person who loves HR and is at a senior admin level and is an excellent administrator
  • Working knowledge of document control, HRIS, payscales, pensions, circulars and employment law.
