Global Quality Manager Customer Services
An immediate opportunity has just become available with a global online business who provide marketplace and accommodation solutions to consumers all around the world for a Regional Partner Quality Lead to manage call centre partners in Europe.
Within this role you will engage with and manage partners ensuring they are maintaining all SLA's and KPI's in relation to customer satisfaction levels, net promoter score, customer experience. You will be responsible for running regular reports, reviewing metrics and ensuring the onsite QA Lead in each partner site is providing regular updates.
- This role will commence as a 6-month contract
- An annual salary of €70K
- Its work from home right now with a return to state of the art offices in Dublin later this year.
- Solid background experience reviewing and maintaining Quality levels within a Customer Services environment - ideally online.
- Experience managing partners, vendors is essential
- Strong communication skills with ability to manage multiple partner sites
- Experience with systems such as NICE, Medallia would be highly beneficial
