French Application Support Engineer SaaS
Role will be providing support for EMEA customers and more specifically the French market so good written and conversational French would be required
This role will be a 12 Month Contract
Are you an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a strong support background and good web knowledge in Cloud or SaaS Based Applications? Have you good background in the testing and debugging of Web Based Api's and proven Customer Service skills, along with knowledge and administration of Linux/Unix or Microsoft Server.

What will you be doing?
- Incident tracking, diagnosis, replication, troubleshooting and resolution of critical incidents.
- SME on platforms and technical issues
- Provide coaching and mentoring to junior engineers
- Manage all incidents to completion and provide excellent customer resolution
- Some working outside business hours (as needed) to provide 24x7 support
