Do you have a background and passion for Graduate Recruitment - do you have the enthusiasm & excitement to work with some of the brightest grads in the early stages of their career journey?

Opportunity for a Talent Scout / Recruiter to join a global company in Dublin and work as part of a small niche team to identify and engage with University Graduates across the EMEA region. As part of this role, you will be responsible for organising and running graduate events remotely and on-campus in relevant European universities and engaging with lecturers and students to educate them on the brand - you will be hiring for graduate roles across HR, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Professional Services & more.

This is an exciting recruitment role that would ideally suit an individual who likes to engage with people and enjoys coming up with innovative ideas around events.

Background Experience

• Previous experience within a recruitment role, ideally with exposure to graduate/university recruitment
• Experience targeting and engaging with universities
• Strong interest and passion for events
• Excellent communication skills as you will be representing this global brand

This role offers a competitive salary of circa €60-65K + benefits and will initially commence as an 11-month contract.
