Desktop Support Engineer - Dublin 8
Desktop Support Engineer sought to join an international company in Dublin 8, working as part of the Desktop Support team and you will provide end to end-user technical support and will be involved in deploying desktops.
Responsibilities:
- Deploying Windows 10 Desktop computers
- End to end user technical support as a part of the deskside team for both hub and sites
- Handheld or iPad technical support
- Email configuration, App, and image build with deployment
- Troubleshooting email client configuration and webmail app
Skills required:
- Experience in providing end-user services is an advantage
- Knowledge about IT Service management, distribution of package and image testing
- ITSM knowledge would be beneficial
- Experience in Ticketing tools like service now would be advantageous
- Fluent English
Offer:
The role offers a salary of up to €40K based on level of experience. This is a short-term 3 months contract role with visibility of extension.
