Data Engineer Java/Python Global Tech Co

Interesting new role for a Data Engineer to join the global Measurement & Analytics Team of one of the world's largest tech brands. As a Data Engineer you will be using your expertise to tackle measurement & analytics challenges within the HR function by building infrastructure that enables the analysis of data to inform decisions.

Ideally you will have demonstrated success in building infrastructure that drives the understanding and solution of complex HR problems.

The Offer

This is an exciting opportunity to support a growing division, work as part of a highly collaborative, talented group who are happy to share their knowledge but also keen to hear your opinions. The role offers a salary of circa €75-€80K

Some of your responsibilities will include

  • Support the management of data warehouse plans for a learning product or a group of products
  • Partner with engineers and product managers to build product features that enable learning data
  • Design, build and launch new data models in production

Your Profile

  • BS or above in STEM
  • 5 years + experience of using Python or Java
  • Solid background in the data warehouse space
  • Good experience with custom ETL design, implementation, and maintenance
  • Background experience with schema design and dimensional data modeling
  • In-depth experience in writing SQL statements
