Customer Support Team Lead Global Tech
Leading Telco company with a large global presence are looking for an experienced Coordinator to manage support team operations, be an intermediary between management and provide support to 3rd party developers. The role will manage any support issues and also be a point of contact for any third-party developers who submit apps for review to be integrated to the platform and keep them updated on the review process.
