Do you speak German or French? And have you got any experience in Customer support? Looking for a new challenge or change then this might interest you. This is a Quality Assurance Analyst QA or Customer Support Specialist role to work with a global medical device company based in Dublin 24.
As a QA or customer support specialist, you will be joining their project product safety team and will be handling complaints within vigilance and project products.

- Fluent German and/or French
- Previous experience working within the regulated industry- medical devices/ pharma /biotechnology/healthcare within Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs is preferred
- To ensure all orders received via telephone, fax, post, email & EDI are processed accurately upon receipt
- Take full ownership of all customer issues/complaints till resolution, including corrective and preventive actions
- Documentation of product complaints, investigation, response, and consulting activities on customer products, etc
- To participate in internal and external quality audits
