You will have
- Strong background in Customer Support or in a tech environment
- Ability to manage multiple browsers at once (MS Office, Slack,Trello etc)
- Ability to perform to customer satisfaction and review guidelines
- Strong analytical and content review skills and Good support experience
- Ability to multitask and time management
- Recent graduate with a background of Customer Service or delivery background will also be considered
