We have an immediate requirement for a Customer Experience / Sales Excellence Coordinator to join a global team who strives to ensure that sales and customer experience is continuously being developed, improved upon and exceeds clients' expectations.
Through reviewing feedback reports, insights and stories from business analysts and coordinating information from the support team you and your team will help to improve the overall customer journey by adapting business processes.

- Experience within Customer Experience (CX), Sales Excellence, Process redesign within an EMEA support role.
- Experience supporting global teams across different time zones
- Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to manage a high volume of work and prioritise your day
- This role offers a salary of circa €46-50K
