Cough Analyst Supervisor
Company: Vitalograph is one of the world-leading manufacturers of medical Spirometers, used in the diagnosis of respiratory disorders, and advanced high-reliability software systems used in clinical drug trials. Based in Ennis, Co. Clare we now wish to recruit a Cough Analysis Supervisor to join the Cough Analysis Team.
Role:
Reporting to the VP of CT Site Support Services the Cough Analyst Supervisor will be responsible for the management and supervision of cough analysts within the Cough Analysis Team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide line management, guidance, training and mentoring to Vitalograph cough analysts
- Perform appraisals and define personal development objectives and plans for team members
- Create work plans for team members to ensure recordings are analysed in the correct order to ensure all TAT's are met
- Co-ordinate with other team and company disciplines to resolve any issues that may arise
- Active involvement in interviewing and team recruitment
- Ensure all Cough Analysis related SOP's are adhered to
- Deliver continuous improvement initiatives with regard to quality and processes
- Reporting of Cough Analyst metrics and all analyst activities
- Review of time sheet and generation of monthly report to report on analysis output
- Coordination with HR to ensure all analyst contracts are current
Minimum Requirements:
- Previous experience in a team leader, project management or managerial role
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including experience with MS Word and Excel
- Hard working, motivated, reliable with a good attitude towards their co-workers
- Competent person, capable of working under their own initiative with minimal supervision and a good team player
- 3rd level degree, or equivalent, preferably in a business or related discipline
The following skills would be advantageous:
- Previous experience in a team lead, supervisory, project management/co-ordination role
- Previous experience in a customer support role
