Application Support Engineer SaaS

This role will commence as a 12 Month FTC with a view to perm, inside IR35

What's the Role?
As an Application Support Engineer, you will handle the day-to-day contacts and inquiries that are received from our Global Customers in regards to product support issues. You will be working with one of the world's largest tech brands and will gain exposure and training to best-in-class and latest tech tools.

What will you be doing as an API Support Engineer?

  • Assist customers with our application program interface (API) as their first point of contact
  • Become a technical expert of the API Platform
  • Serve as a liaison between our customers and internal engineers.


What should you have?

  • 4 + years in a technical support role providing Application Support (API)
  • Solid understanding of OOPS - Object Oriented Programming lang such as Java
  • Understanding of Web Stack and scripting experience (JavaScript/ Shell scripting/ Python)
  • Understanding of RESTAPI and Webhooks
  • Experience with relational databases - SQL, Oracle
