We're seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide top-notch technical support for our client’s Business Messaging API. If you are passionate about customer service and product development, we want to hear from you.

The Offer:
  • Annual Salary up to €78,000 doe.
  • 11-month contract (PAYE) – paid on a weekly basis
  • Location: Dublin City -3 days onsite in Dublin offices – Hybrid work model

Your day looks like:
  • Support enterprise systems and tools.
  • Master our Business Messaging Platforms.
  • Communicate customer issues to cross-functional teams.
  • Identify support improvements and training opportunities.
  • Serve as a technical liaison between developers and product teams.

Your experience/ Skills:
  • BA/BSc in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2+ years of programming and project experience.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience in global, multicultural teams.
  • Proficiency with web stack, REST API, and bug management.
