The Offer
- Annual Salary £108,000
- Contract Duration: 12-month contract · strong likelihood of extension
- Contract Type: Inside IR35 · PAYE · Paid every Friday via Principle HR
- Work Model: Hybrid · 3 days onsite in Central London (non-negotiable)
What you'll be doing:
- Taking products from pilot to wide-scale global deployment
- Translating business problems into technology solutions
- Keeping complex programmes on track - blockers, escalations, delivery
- Bridging engineering, product, sales and marketing
- Using data and metrics to drive product decisions
- Influencing roadmaps based on user feedback and gap analysis
What you'll need:
- Senior TPM or product programme management experience
- Web technologies, systems design and architecture knowledge
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Database knowledge
- Proven stakeholder management at senior level
- A user-first, consultative mindset
- Experience leading teams
