Technical Operations Analyst - Access & Tooling
Contract until 31 December 2026 | €85,000 pro-rata | Weekly PAYE | Hybrid - Dublin City

Not your typical analyst role.

This is a hands-on technical position focused on troubleshooting, access, and internal tooling at scale - ideal for someone who enjoys getting into the detail and solving real system issues rather than just documenting them.

You'll join a high-performing team supporting a large internal programme, working across tooling, permissions, and access for a complex global environment.

What's in it for you

  • Annual Salary up to €85,000 (pro-rata)
  • PAYE contract until 31 December 2026
  • Weekly payroll via Principle HR
  • Hybrid working - 3 days onsite in Dublin City
  • Exposure to large-scale, high-impact technical operations
  • Opportunity to work closely with engineering, security, and business teams

What you'll be doing

  • Investigating and resolving tooling, access, and permission-related issues
  • Triaging incoming requests and identifying root causes
  • Reviewing logs and analysing patterns across recurring issues
  • Escalating technical problems to the right teams when needed
  • Supporting documentation across processes, issues, and resolutions
  • Tracking work through project plans, status updates, and RAID logs
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to keep things moving
  • Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through automation or AI tools

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years' experience in a technical analyst, operations, or similar role
  • Strong troubleshooting and issue triage experience (essential)
  • Exposure to access management, permissions, IAM, or internal tooling
  • Comfortable working with systems, logs, and technical environments
  • A structured, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership
  • Able to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting
  • Clear communicator with good stakeholder awareness

This role is not suited to purely functional Business Analysts or highly senior programme managers - it's for someone who enjoys solving problems and working close to the tech.
