We're hiring an experienced Solutions Consultant to join one of the world's leading technology organisations on a high-profile contract based in Dublin.This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside Product, Engineering and Customer teams, delivering technical solutions that help enterprise customers solve complex business challenges. You'll play a key role in solution implementation, customer engagement and continuous product improvement while gaining exposure to technologies used at global scale.If you enjoy combining technical expertise with customer-facing consulting, this is an excellent opportunity to work on meaningful projects within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver technical solutions that meet customer business objectives.
- Partner with customers to understand technical and commercial requirements.
- Support solution design, implementation and deployment activities.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Product teams to resolve technical challenges.
- Manage project plans, timelines, risks and project documentation.
- Identify solution improvements and contribute to best practice documentation.
- Support architecture discussions and solution design sessions.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Analyse product feedback and contribute to continuous product improvements.
- Help identify new opportunities to improve customer outcomes and technology adoption.
What we're looking for
- Experience working in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Technical Consulting or Solutions Engineering.
- Experience supporting enterprise software or cloud-based solutions.
- Strong customer-facing communication skills.
- Experience managing technical projects or implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Experience working with cross-functional Product and Engineering teams.
- Strong organisational and project management skills.
- Commercial awareness with a consultative approach to problem solving.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
