Social Intelligence Strategist | London

We're looking for someone who can spot tomorrow's trend today.

If you're the person who notices a cultural shift before it hits the mainstream, understands why conversations are happening-not just that they are-and knows how to turn social data into creative direction, we'd love to hear from you.

This is a rare opportunity to build a social intelligence function from the ground up for one of the world's most recognized creative technology brands. You'll sit at the intersection of strategy, culture, data, and creativity, helping shape social content, influencer campaigns, and audience strategy across Europe.

The Role:

  • Competitive salary of £55,000pa
  • Role to start on a contract basis
  • Hybrid working: Two days per week onsite at offices in Shoreditch

You'll be responsible for:

  • Turning social listening, audience behavior, and cultural trends into actionable strategic insight.
  • Identifying emerging conversations, sentiment shifts, risks, and opportunities across social platforms.
  • Influencing content strategy, campaign planning, and creative development with real-time intelligence.
  • Partnering with Social Strategy, Creative, Influencer, Community, and Measurement teams to ensure insights drive action.
  • Building strong relationships across a fast-paced, highly collaborative marketing organization.

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience in a Social Intelligence, Social Listening, Cultural Strategy, Consumer Insights, or Digital Strategy role.
  • A background in a leading social, digital, creative, or integrated agency, or an in-house social intelligence team for a major consumer or technology brand.
  • Hands-on experience with platforms such as Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Sprinklr, Meltwater, NetBase Quid, or similar social listening tools.
  • The ability to combine qualitative and quantitative insights into compelling stories that influence creative decisions.
  • A genuine passion for internet culture, creators, social platforms, and emerging trends.

If you've built social intelligence programs for global brands, advised creative teams using cultural insights, or helped shape campaigns through audience intelligence, we'd love to hear from you.
