Senior Strategic ABM Marketing Manager - Enterprise SaaS

- Hybrid London - 2-3 days onsite weekly
An established global enterprise technology organisation is hiring a Senior Strategic ABM Marketing Manager to lead high-impact account-based marketing initiatives across major enterprise accounts in the UKI region.
This is a commercially critical role focused on pipeline creation, opportunity acceleration and executive-level engagement within strategic accounts. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative and heavily sales-aligned.
You will operate as the senior ABM lead across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts, partnering directly with regional sales leadership and global marketing functions to deliver measurable business impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build and execute 1:1 and 1:few ABM strategies across strategic enterprise accounts
- Partner closely with enterprise sales teams to drive pipeline growth and opportunity acceleration
- Develop highly targeted account engagement plans aligned to customer priorities and buying journeys
- Collaborate with field marketing, global campaigns, partner marketing and events teams
- Drive personalised messaging and content strategies tailored to industry and account-specific challenges
- Analyse campaign effectiveness, pipeline contribution and ROI metrics
- Influence territory planning and strategic account development initiatives
- Deliver data-driven recommendations and scalable ABM best practices across the business
What They're Looking For
- Proven experience leading enterprise ABM programmes within SaaS or cloud technology environments
- Strong track record partnering with enterprise sales organisations
- Experience driving measurable pipeline impact and account engagement
- Strong executive stakeholder management and communication capability
- Commercially minded with strong analytical and reporting skills
- Comfortable operating in fast-growth, matrixed organisations
- Experience within enterprise software, cloud platforms or digital transformation businesses highly desirable
