Business: Global Media Platform
Contract: 11 months, 100% remote working from anywhere in Ireland.
Salary: €90k - €110k per annum depending on experience.
We are looking for someone with a diverse skill set who can help with the management and operational delivery of product-focused policy programmes centering on UX design, privacy policy and data innovation. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have experience of managing all aspects of complex multi-stakeholder programs and events including logistics, scheduling, documentation and record-keeping, and internal and external communication
In this role, you will...
- Program & Event Management of online and in person large events.
- 70% of your time will be Project & Program Management, 30% of your time will be at events and arranging events.
- Drafting and compiling planning documents and key information for the event in advance to share with internal and external stakeholders
- Supporting the development and deployment of the Design Jam programs , Summit & other events.
- Supporting your Manager as well as working cross functionally.
We are looking for...
- Up to 5 years experience within Project Management.
- PMP or Prince 2 qualified.
- You to come from a large Tech background.
- To have worked within Events.
