Program Manager - Vendor Strategy & Operations | €92K | Dublin (Onsite)
This is not a PMO or delivery role.
We're hiring a Program Manager who owns vendor strategy at scale - someone who has worked
in a complex, global tech or enterprise environment, managing supplier performance, governance,
and operational outcomes.
What you'll be doing:
Owning a large vendor ecosystem - performance, escalations, and commercial outcomes
Driving vendor strategy, supplier selection, and operating model improvements
Leading QBRs, OKRs, and exec-level reporting
Resolving high-impact supplier issues and driving root cause fixes
Partnering with Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Operations on critical programmes
Building structure across governance, communications, and cross-functional delivery
What we're looking for:
Experience in a global tech or large-scale enterprise environment
Strong background in vendor management / supplier operations / outsourcing
programmes
Proven track record owning vendor performance and escalations
Experience running QBRs, OKRs, and structured governance
Comfortable influencing across multiple senior stakeholders
Background in operations, process improvement, or commercial programmes

€92K salary per year plus onsite perks
12-month contract - which may be extended
5 days onsite - Central Dublin (DART accessible)
