Producer - Experiential & Live Events
Remote (Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland)
Salary range : €60,000 plus pension
We're looking for a mid-level Producer with a background in experiential marketing, live events or brand activations to join a growing agency delivering projects for international brands across EMEA.
This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects at once, working closely with suppliers and stakeholders, and bringing ideas to life through exceptional delivery.
If your background is primarily weddings, private events or hospitality events, this role is unlikely to be the right fit.
We're specifically looking for producers who have worked on projects such as:
- Brand activations
- Product launches
- Experiential campaigns
- Conferences and town halls
- Roadshows
- Trade shows and expos
- Employee engagement events
- Live brand experiences
What you'll be doing
- Managing multiple live event and experiential projects simultaneously
- Translating client briefs into clear production plans and delivery schedules
- Managing suppliers, production partners and event logistics
- Building timelines, production schedules and project documentation
- Supporting budgeting, cost control and project reconciliation
- Leading onsite delivery and ensuring projects are executed to a high standard
- Working closely with internal teams, clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
What we're looking for
- 3-7 years' experience in a Producer, Event Producer, Experiential Producer or Production Manager role
- Experience working within an agency, experiential marketing, brand experience or live events environment
- Proven experience delivering projects for recognised brands, multinational organisations or large corporate clients
- Experience managing multiple projects and competing deadlines
- Strong supplier, logistics and production management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Comfortable working independently within a remote-first environment
