Organizational Change Management Lead

My Client is a Tech Guru, and they are looking for a proven Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional to develop and drive adoption of overall change management strategy for all initiatives within the Professional Services Automation (PSA) Transformation effort.

Your new role is critical to the success of the overall PSA Transformation effort which aims to launch a new Professional Services tool in Q4 2023 to support the Customer Outcomes Teams globally. As the ideal candidate you will have a passion for leading change management and a proven track record doing this on a global scale!

 

The Offer

  • This role will commence immediately (onboarded by 12th June!)
  • Salary of £108k for the top candidate
  • Initially, this will commence as a 4-month fixed-term contract which will most likely be extended considering the Go Live is in Q4 and you will be needed then and thereafter. This is an incredible foot in the door and that's how you should look at this!
  • Hybrid role where you can go onsite 1/2 days per week.

 

What you get to do in this role:

  • Develop the overall OCM strategy through persona assessments, communication, training, and overall adoption strategy
  • Design agile change plans that will help each impacted persona change their culture and ways of working to prepare them for the future
  • Develop human-centered methodologies to create consistent, best-in-class experiences that bring our x-functional teams into the digital world
  • Build influential change networks to generate awareness and engagement
  • Execute transformation strategy leveraging a shared service of change managers, enablement, and communications resources.
  • Manage status and execution of change strategy and report on progress, delays, wins, and issues to leadership.
  • As appropriate, troubleshoot and mitigate blockers and delays within transformation change strategy.

 

Use leading practice change tools and methodologies including:

  • Predictive and organizational analytics; behavioral diagnostics
  • Engagement, collaboration, and facilitation tools
  • Design user personas and journey maps
  • Employee learning and new skilling platforms

 

What I am looking for in you:

In an ideal world, you will have done this before with another global organisation and ideally a SaaS Giant. If you have done it though with a global org, and you can start within those tight deadlines then I still very much want to hear from you asap. Along with the above, I am looking for the following:

  • 7-10 years of experience with a Proven experience developing change strategies, methodologies, thought leadership and value-based outcomes
  • Significant experience on large scale change for transformational activities in a fast-paced environment, preferrably in a Professional Services organizations
  • Must be comfortable working in an agile environment and juggling competing demands
  • Ability to create visualization and high-level models that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature business capabilities
  • Proven facilitation skills with previous experience designing workshops, facilitating sessions, and working with teams to gain crucial input from key contributors
  • Hands-on experience in the application of business process analysis including but not limited to: Current state processes analysis and to be process definition
  • Experienced with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with stakeholders, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management and user research
  • Composed in high-pressure situations with a “big-picture” perspective on how to handle those
  • Familiarity with the enterprise software/ SaaS industry a plus.
