Premium Brand Account Manager – Prestige and Specialist Retail
Location: Work from home but the role is London centric.
I am working with a leading global spirit’s company, with an exciting portfolio of premium brands across Rum, Tequila, and Whiskey. We are looking for a Prestige & Specialist Retail Key Account Manager to support their business strategy by unlocking and driving their premium+ brand agenda of Distribution, Visibility & Activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Grow and Drive our premium product range in key Prestige customers such as Harrods, Harvey Nics, Selfridges & Fortnum & Mason
Unlock our premium brand opportunities across Specialist Retail
Implement channel promotional guidelines and drive the brand building agenda in line with plan.
Maximise distribution of company products in line with core objectives in own designated accounts and broader indirect accounts across the channel
Deliver monthly commercial reporting to ensure consistency of reporting tracking and achieving budget.
Achieve core role KPI’s against Distribution, Visibility and Activation
Create and implement profitable commercial agreements with key customers securing DVA to deliver volume growth.
Identify new brand/outlet opportunities that enable targeting of the right consumers through networking and influencing, in the Prestige world.
Build and maintain an Account Plan across the key customers/segments.
Take ownership of the territory to become a business expert or lead for any future brand projects, including new trends across the sub-channel.
Support the development of the prestige strategy across identified accounts and delivery of ranging and visibility solutions appropriate to an opinion leading/luxury account base.
Requirements:
Strong experience in managing key relationships in Prestige Retailer and Specialist Retail
Proven track record of driving sales growth and exceeding targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Strong analytical and commercial acumen
Passion for the spirits industry and a good understanding of the market
Package:
Base Salary £40,000 per annum with company bonus and an excellent benefits package.
