We are partnering with a leading global technology organisation to hire an experienced Internal Communications Associate to join its Dublin team.
This is a high-impact role where you'll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to create communications that inform, engage and connect a large and diverse employee community.
What You'll Do
- Develop and deliver strategic internal communications campaigns.
- Partner with senior leaders to shape messaging, narratives and communications.
- Create engaging content including talking points, presentations, video and digital communications.
- Lead communications for town halls, executive visits and key employee events.
- Support change communications and employee engagement initiatives.
- Advise and coach leaders on effective communications.
- Help strengthen culture and engagement across a large Dublin site.
- Manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and sensitive communications.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years' communications experience in a fast-paced corporate, technology, media, agency or non-profit environment.
- Strong internal, employee or corporate communications experience.
- Excellent writing, storytelling and editing skills.
- Experience working with senior leaders and executive communications.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience with employee engagement, events and change communications.
