Comp & Ben Business Partner EMEA Immediate Start

Dublin

  1. Contract 6 mths with perm opportunities possible
  2. Salary €60000 to €64000 per annum
  3. Laptop
  4. Phone
  5. 25 days hols per year
  6. No long hours and paid extra if that does happen!

  9. Work from home initially and possibly for duration, office is in Dublin should you be returning to office

You will work for a global tech company.

What will you be doing?

  • Implement comp and ben programs
  • Go to person for employee and manager comp and ben queries
  • Manage the relationship with outside providers of pension and bonuses etc
  • Design benefits
  • Manage the comp and ben inhouse system for employees so it is clear and up to date
  • Work on benefit/HR policies

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree HR or similar
  • 3 years experience in comp and ben in global organisation
  • Experience of working on a benefit platform
  • be experienced extracting large data and manipulating it and making recommendations based on it
  • Vendor management a must, that is dealing with accounting firms or consultancy firms on pension, bonus and/or job sizing
