Job Title: HR Compliance Reporting Specialist
Location: Dublin City (Hybrid)
Essential Skills:  Data analytics, spreadsheets, and HR/Workforce reporting skills.

I am recruiting a HR Compliance Reporting Specialist for a 6-month contract with a Global SaaS business. This is a hybrid role 50% office (Dublin City Centre) and 50% home.
Salary range is between €85,000 and €95,000 per year.  37.5 hours working week.

As the HR Compliance Reporting Specialist, you will manage compliance related projects, including delivering gender pay gap and other required workforce reporting in EMEA, APJ, and the Americas. You will independently translate legal obligations into compliant deliverables, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, and draft and follow written standard operating procedures on compliance reporting.

Skills Required:

The successful candidate will have the following essential skills:
 
  • Demonstrated ability to manipulate workforce data and reports using Excel/Google Sheets (preferably in Workday)
 
  • Detail and task oriented, highly organized
 
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to coordinate across stakeholders.
 
  • Preferred qualifications include experience in UK or Ireland gender pay gap reporting, US EEO-1/VETS reporting, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong workforce reporting background.
