HR/People Partner

Dublin | Full Time Permanent with a 4-Day Week Option | €60,000-€70,000 per year.

A premium hospitality group is hiring an experienced HR Partner to support high-volume operational teams across multiple Dublin.

This is a hands-on HR role suited to someone who is confident operating in fast-paced hospitality, hotel, retail or food service environments and who brings strong experience managing complex employee relations matters independently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters
  • Advise and support operational leaders on employment law and HR best practice
  • Manage ER processes end-to-end, including investigations, documentation, outcomes and WRC preparation where required
  • Partner closely with site leadership teams across day-to-day people matters
  • Support engagement, performance, compliance and operational HR initiatives.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a People Partner, HR Advisor, HR Manager or HR Business Partner
  • Strong background in hospitality, hotels, retail, food service or other operational environments
  • Proven experience handling complex ER cases independently
  • Strong understanding of Irish employment law and WRC processes
  • Confident influencing and challenging stakeholders where required
  • Hands-on, commercially aware and operationally focused
