HR/People Partner
Dublin | Full Time Permanent with a 4-Day Week Option | €60,000-€70,000 per year.
A premium hospitality group is hiring an experienced HR Partner to support high-volume operational teams across multiple Dublin.
This is a hands-on HR role suited to someone who is confident operating in fast-paced hospitality, hotel, retail or food service environments and who brings strong experience managing complex employee relations matters independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance matters
- Advise and support operational leaders on employment law and HR best practice
- Manage ER processes end-to-end, including investigations, documentation, outcomes and WRC preparation where required
- Partner closely with site leadership teams across day-to-day people matters
- Support engagement, performance, compliance and operational HR initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a People Partner, HR Advisor, HR Manager or HR Business Partner
- Strong background in hospitality, hotels, retail, food service or other operational environments
- Proven experience handling complex ER cases independently
- Strong understanding of Irish employment law and WRC processes
- Confident influencing and challenging stakeholders where required
- Hands-on, commercially aware and operationally focused
