HR Business Partner - EMEA

London | Hybrid | £100,000-£115,000 | Contract to September 2027

We are recruiting an experienced HR Business Partner / Talent Partner to join the EMEA People team of a leading global technology organisation.

This is a hands-on business partnering role for an HR professional who enjoys being close to the business - supporting managers, solving people challenges and delivering core talent programmes within a fast-paced, international environment.

The Role

  • Partner with managers and business leaders on day-to-day and longer-term people priorities

  • Provide practical guidance across employee relations, performance management, talent, onboarding and employee development

  • Support EMEA talent programmes including performance cycles, talent reviews and compensation processes

  • Coach managers through performance, employee relations and team effectiveness matters

  • Partner with HR Centres of Excellence, Legal, Talent Acquisition, Reward and People Operations

  • Use people data and organisational insights to identify trends and support business decisions

  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives across the EMEA organisation

Your Experience

  • Strong experience as an HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior HR Generalist

  • Broad, hands-on generalist HR experience within a fast-paced, matrixed organisation

  • Strong employee relations experience and knowledge of UK employment law

  • Experience supporting managers through performance management and talent cycles

  • Strong manager coaching and stakeholder partnering capability

  • Comfortable balancing operational HR delivery with broader business and people priorities

  • Experience within a global technology or similarly fast-moving international organisation would be advantageous

  • Workday experience is highly desirable

The Package

  • £100,000-£115,000 salary

  • Contract through to 19 September 2027

  • London based

  • Hybrid working
