Government Affairs & Public Affairs Analyst - Global Tech

  • Contract : 6 months (strong plan of extension)
  • Salary : €65k - €70k pa

We're looking for a Government Affairs & Public Policy Analyst to join a global tech environment, supporting policy development and engagement across key regulatory areas.

This role offers hands-on exposure to how policy shapes business strategy, products, and users - ideal for someone early in their policy career who wants to move beyond purely academic work.

What you'll do

  • Monitor and analyse policy and regulatory developments
  • Conduct policy research and turn insights into clear recommendations
  • Support the development of policy positions, briefings, and consultation responses
  • Contribute to policy campaigns and external engagement
  • Work cross-functionally with Legal, PR, Product, and Marketing teams

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Public Policy, Economics, Political Science, International Relations, or similar
  • 2-4 years' experience in policy, public affairs, or research
  • Experience in policy analysis and contributing to policy development
  • Strong understanding of government/regulatory environments
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting

Nice to have

  • Exposure to EU, digital, or economic policy
  • Experience with consultation responses or advocacy work
