I'm working with a global technology platform hiring a senior operator from a startup/scale-up background to lead and scale regulatory compliance programmes across multiple international markets.
This is not a role for someone used to heavy structure - you'll be building it.
You'll sit at the centre of Product, Engineering, Legal and Policy, bringing clarity to ambiguity and driving real execution across regions.
What you'll be doing:
* Owning end-to-end delivery of regulatory and compliance programmes
* Building scalable operational frameworks from the ground up
* Driving alignment across cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
* Leading execution across multiple jurisdictions
* Identifying and reducing regulatory risk while improving scalability
What we're looking for:
* 8+ years in operations, regulatory, consulting or programme delivery
* Proven experience in startup or scale-up environments (essential)
* Track record delivering complex, cross-functional programmes with impact
* Experience working across multiple markets or regulatory frameworks
* Comfortable operating autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
* Strong analytical mindset (SQL a plus)
This is a hands-on role with real ownership - you'll be expected to challenge, build and deliver, not just manage.
