The offer:
- Salary: £55,000 to £60,000
- Contract: 12-months with the possibility of extension/turning permanent based upon business requirements & performance
- Location: State of the art office in London
An excellent opportunity has just become available with one of the world's largest Online social media and Gaming platforms, whose product and services are used by millions around the world every day - An experienced Gaming Solutions Consultant needed to support multiple Gaming Partners across the EMEA region.
In this role, you will…
- Work cross-functionally to triage operational issues and help drive solutions for the platforms Gaming Partners.
- Offer high-touch solutions based on familiarity with product launch status and bugs.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve partners' platform experience through the creation of scaled messaging and education materials.
- Serve as an internal advocate in connecting teams to product and operational solutions.
We are looking for...
- 3+ years of experience in online operations, Gaming industry, consulting, or account, partner, or project management
- Communication and presentation experience.
- Experience working cross-functionally across partner teams
- Experience solving problems in a collaborative environment
