EMEA Payroll Specialist - Global Tech

I'm currently partnering with a global organisation to hire an experienced EMEA Payroll Specialist into their high-performing payroll team based in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, multinational environment and wants to deepen their exposure across a broad range of EMEA countries.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing end-to-end payroll operations across multiple EMEA regions
- Partnering with external payroll providers to ensure accurate and compliant processing
- Handling payroll queries and supporting employees through a structured ticketing system
- Supporting audits, reconciliations, and statutory reporting requirements
- Contributing to process improvements, automation, and ongoing payroll projects
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years' experience in multinational payroll
- Exposure to multiple EMEA countries (not limited to one region)
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance and controls
- Experience working with payroll vendors and HRIS systems (Workday or similar beneficial)
- Solid Excel skills and a detail-oriented approach
