EMEA Payroll Analyst
Hybrid in Dublin 4 | 6 month contract | €79,000 pro rata
I'm partnering with a leading global technology organisation seeking an experienced Payroll Analyst to support complex payroll operations across multiple EMEA countries.
This role requires someone who can take full ownership of the end-to-end payroll lifecycle, working across multiple payrolls with staggered pay dates while managing vendor relationships, compliance requirements, escalations, and payroll controls.
Key requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in international payroll operations
* Proven end-to-end payroll ownership
* Experience managing multiple EMEA payrolls simultaneously (not solely Irish payroll)
* Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, tax and regulatory requirements across EMEA
* Experience working with outsourced payroll providers and offshore teams
* Exposure to ADP Celergo and/or SAP preferred
* Ability to quickly step into a fast-paced environment with minimal onboarding
