Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual digital marketing plans for full brand portfolio.
- Create engaging brand content and ensure consistency across key markets (EMEA/APAC)
- Set clear KPIs, measure performance, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with central brand teams to align digital campaigns with objectives.
- Enhance consumer and trade marketing effectiveness through digital solutions.
- Share best practices and build capability within marketing teams.
- Track and analyse social media performance, audience insights, and social listening data.
- Drive efficiency for standard brand portfolio activations while supporting premium brands.
Requirements:
- Digital marketing manager with experience in the alcohol or FMCG sector.
- Proficient in social media advertising, website creation, CRM programs, and e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy and consumer marketing.
- Agency management and budgetary responsibility experience.
- Skilled in data administration, analysis, and extracting actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, IT, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of EMEA and APAC markets is a plus.
