We're looking for a Delivery Operations Manager to embed within the EMEA Expert Services team of a leading global tech company in Dublin. Your mission is clear - move this organisation from reactive and Excel-driven to proactive, data-led, and built to scale.
The Offer:
- Annual Salary range from €120,000 up to €144,000 doe
- 9-month contract - PAYE - Paid weekly via Principle H - Extension potential
- Location: Dublin City - 2-3 days onsite - non-negotiable
What you'll be doing:
- Designing governance frameworks and operational cadences from the ground up
- Owning headcount planning, workforce modelling, and budget tracking
- Tracking delivery health, utilisation, margins, and project performance
- Translating complex operational data into executive-ready insights
What you bring:
- 5-8 years in Delivery Operations, Professional Services, or Business Operations
- Proven experience partnering with VP-level stakeholders
- Strong financial acumen and hands-on approach to problem solving
- Comfortable with AI tools and data-driven decision making
