Data Operations Analyst | Data Analyst - Data Extraction | Dublin

Part-Time | 15 hrs/week | PAYE | upto €37,500 pro rata | Hybrid | 6-Month Contract (until 31 Dec 2026)

We're hiring a Data Analyst - Data Extraction / Operations/ Delivery for a part-time contract role based in Dublin, on behalf of a leading global enterprise tech company.


This is a focused, structured role within a specialist data team supporting an employee engagement platform used by organisations worldwide. The team is distributed across Dublin, London, Copenhagen, and the US - and this person will be the one on the ground ensuring data requests are handled accurately and on time.


The Day-to-Day

  • Requests come in via Jira tickets.
  • You extract the relevant data from an AWS data lake, package it cleanly into Excel, and deliver it back to the support team.
  • Straightforward workflow, clear outputs, and real accountability.

What We're Looking For

  • Hands-on experience working with data - extracting, formatting, validating
  • Familiarity with AWS or cloud-based data environments - a plus, not a must
  • Confident Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience with Jira or similar ticketing tools - helpful but not essential
  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently

The Offer:

  • 15 hours per week, worked flexibly across the week - Part time
  • 6-month contract: July - December 2026 + potential to extension
  • Annual Salary of €37,500 per annum, pro rata, depending on experience
  • Paid weekly via Principle HR - PAYE, no umbrella
  • Hybrid or Remote - Dublin (candidates are only considered who are physically based in Ireland and have working rights)

Must be based in Ireland for the duration
