Customer Success Manager - Global SaaS
Do you turn customer data into action?
We're looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager to join a world-class tech company in Dublin. You'll be the operational backbone of a high-performing Customer Success team - tracking adoption, spotting risks early, and making sure customers are getting real value.
What you'll be doing:
- Monitoring customer health and driving proactive intervention strategies
- Building dashboards and scorecards that give real-time visibility
- Supporting capacity planning and CSM ratio analysis
- Preparing sharp, exec-ready materials for business reviews and QBRs
What you bring:
- 5-8 years in Customer Success Operations or Business Operations, ideally SaaS
- Strong analytical mindset with experience using AI-powered tools
- Clear communicator who can simplify complexity for senior stakeholders
