Customer Insights & Market Research Specialist
Location: London (Shoreditch)
Contract: 12 months
Salary: £35,000 - £38,000
We are partnering with a global SaaS organisation to hire a Customer Insights & Market Research Specialist to join a high-performing international product marketing team. This is a hands-on role where you will take ownership of end-to-end research projects, working closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver insights that directly shape product and marketing strategy across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of customer research projects aligned to business priorities
- Develop research briefs, questionnaires and discussion guides across quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Analyse and synthesise data from multiple sources, including primary research and behavioural data
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights and compelling narratives
- Present insights to senior stakeholders across marketing and product teams
- Identify the most relevant data sources to support strategic decision-making
About You
- 3+ years' experience in a research or insights role (agency or client-side)
- Strong experience delivering end-to-end research projects
- Proven ability across both quantitative and qualitative methodologies
- Skilled at combining multiple data sources into meaningful insights
- Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions
- Experience working on multi-market or international projects is advantageous
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication skills
