Contract Operations Analyst
€45,000 | 11-Month Contract | Citywest, Dublin | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote)
We're recruiting a Contract Operations Specialist to join the commercial operations team of a leading global technology organisation.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in Contract Operations, Deal Desk, Commercial Operations, Sales Operations or Order-to-Cash who enjoys working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.
What you'll be doing
- Process commercial customer contracts with accuracy and efficiency
- Create and maintain customer master records
- Support the Quote-to-Cash process
- Work closely with Sales, Legal, Credit and Deal Desk teams
- Respond to internal contract queries
- Support quarter-end activities and ongoing projects
- Maintain accurate reporting and system records
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in Contract Operations, Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations or a similar role
- Understanding of commercial contract processes
- Experience with SAP or other enterprise systems
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Location: Citywest, Dublin (Hybrid)
Contract: 11 months
Salary: €45,000
