Integrity Operations Analyst (SQL)
Dublin | Hybrid (3 days onsite) | 11-month contract | €71,000 per annum pro rata
I'm working with a global technology company that is looking for an experienced Operations Analyst to join a team responsible for supporting the launch and scale of new products across areas including AI, emerging technologies and digital safety.
What you'll be doing:
- Building and maintaining SQL queries, reports and dashboards to monitor operational performance.
- Analysing operational data to identify trends, root causes and opportunities for improvement.
- Taking ownership of projects, tracking timelines, risks and deliverables across multiple workstreams.
- Supporting the launch of new products by configuring workflows, testing new features and helping establish scalable operational processes.
- Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to improve policy enforcement, quality and operational effectiveness.
- Turning data into actionable recommendations that improve user experience and operational performance.
Essential experience:
- Proven experience within Trust & Safety, Integrity Operations or Content Operations.
- Strong SQL skills with the ability to write and modify complex queries independently.
- Experience managing operational or cross-functional projects from planning through delivery.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where processes are still being developed.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using operational metrics to drive decisions and process improvements.
Nice to have:
- Content moderation, policy enforcement or quality assurance experience.
- Experience with workflow testing or systems improvement initiatives.
- Tableau, Power BI or similar dashboarding tools.
- Experience supporting emerging technologies, gaming, VR or AI products.
