We're partnering with a global technology company to hire a Community Engagement Program Manager who will play a key role in shaping meaningful employee experiences and supporting diverse communities across the organisation.

About the Role

You'll join a dynamic Accessibility and Engagement team dedicated to fostering inclusion and belonging within the workplace.
In this role, you'll:

  • Partner with Employee Resource Group (ERG) leaders across EMEA and APAC to plan, manage and deliver heritage month programmes and community events.
  • Oversee core ERG processes including recruitment, event planning, and budget management, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with internal guidelines.

  • Produce and manage high-quality communications, presentations, and event materials.
  • Collaborate across global teams to bring creative ideas to life, measuring success through both qualitative and quantitative results.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Experience

  • 5-7 years' experience in programme or project management within HR, employee engagement, or diversity & inclusion.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, from ideation to execution - ideally events or campaigns.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across diverse communities and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and presentation abilities using Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides).

Nice-to-Have Experience

  • Exposure to global or matrixed environments, especially across EMEA or APAC.
  • Experience working in large, complex, or technology-driven organisations.
  • Familiarity with DEI or accessibility initiatives and measuring community impact.

What's in It for You

This is a great opportunity to make a tangible impact on employee communities within one of the world's most innovative and forward-thinking organisations. You'll gain exposure to global engagement initiatives, work with inspirational community leaders, and help shape the future of inclusion and belonging.

  • Contract: 12 months
  • Location: Remote (UK) - occasional travel to office (approx. once per month)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm

If you're a people-centred project manager who thrives on collaboration, creativity, and impact - we'd love to hear from you.
